Equitrade is actively seeking qualified business leaders to join our team as Trade Directors. This will allow us to grow our existing marketplace communities and continue to expand.

As a Trade Director (TD), you will play a crucial role in expanding our member-based communities and driving trade activities within our proprietary trading platform, specifically within your community.  You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing member businesses, acquiring new members through various networking events, social media efforts, and client referrals, and promoting the benefits of our trading platform.

An ideal candidate should possess:

• Real Experience in B2B development, customer service, direct sales and account  management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, follow-up and maintain relationships
• Knowledge of small business ownership
• Experience in business consultant/coaching, speaking and training IS A HUGE BENEFIT
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• A constant marketing and sales energy shared from the heart and told as a story
• Willingness to learn our CRM systems and online collaboration tools (we teach you)
• A creative and focused mindset with a willingness to attend local  business meetings and  networking events
• Ability to work remotely in a home-based office
